The Town of Deerfield Planning Comission and Town Board has completed the final version of the Town of Deerfield Comprehensive Plan. It has been adopted as the updated land use plan to be used by the town for approximately the next ten years. The final version is available under the notices and postings heading.

The Town of Deerfield is considering final passage of the updated Comprehensive Land Use Plan including a new Transfer of Development Policy. There will be a public hearing at the Planning Commission Meeting on March 2, 2020 where a resolution to the Town Board for adoption will be considered. The Town Board will consider action on an ordinance to adopt the plan at a regular monthly meeting on March 9, 2020. All interested parties are invited to attend.
